Refund & Satisfaction Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in delivering a thorough, professional clean every time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of your bin cleaning or pressure washing service, contact us within 48 hours of your completed appointment and we will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the affected areas.
The re-clean will be performed under the same scope and conditions as the original service. This guarantee reflects our commitment to earning your continued trust and business.
2. Refund Eligibility
In situations where a re-clean is not feasible or does not resolve the concern, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. To qualify:
- The refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of the completed service
- The issue must be documented — a brief description and, if possible, photos or video showing the concern
- The service must have been paid in full
- The concern must relate to the quality or completeness of work performed by our team
Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature and extent of the issue. We will always work with you to reach a fair resolution.
3. How to Request a Refund or Re-Clean
- Contact us within 48 hours of your service via phone, text, or email.
- Describe the issue and provide any supporting photos or documentation if available.
- Our team will review your request and respond within one (1) business day.
- We will schedule a re-clean or process an approved refund, whichever is appropriate.

4. Non-Refundable Items
- Emergency / same-day service surcharges: The additional surcharge applied to emergency or same-day bookings is non-refundable once our technician has arrived and begun service, regardless of outcome.
- Travel or trip fees: If a trip fee was assessed and the technician traveled to the service location, this fee is non-refundable even if the service could not be completed due to access issues on the customer's end.
- Cancellation fees: Cancellation fees assessed in accordance with our Terms of Service are non-refundable.
All other service charges are fully eligible for refund consideration under the terms described in Section 2.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Credit or debit card refunds: 3–5 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
- Cash payments: Refunds for cash transactions will be issued by check or electronic transfer within 5 business days
You will receive a confirmation email or text once your refund has been processed from our end.
6. Disputes
We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving concerns quickly and fairly, and direct communication is almost always the fastest path to a resolution.
If a chargeback is initiated prior to contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with documentation of the services rendered.
