Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Squeaky Clean Bin Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking, scheduling, or using any of our services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Squeaky Clean Bin Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial trash bin cleaning and pressure washing services in Baldwin County, Alabama and surrounding areas. The specific scope of work will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service offering at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Booking and Scheduling
Services may be booked via our website, phone, or email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written or verbal confirmation from us. You are responsible for ensuring that accurate service address and contact information is provided at the time of booking.
We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window. Unforeseen circumstances — including severe weather, equipment issues, or safety concerns — may require rescheduling, and we will notify you as promptly as possible.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge. We will reschedule at no cost.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: A cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
- No-show / inability to access property: The full service fee may be charged if our technician arrives and cannot access the property or bins.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout or communicated at booking.
For recurring service plans, payment will be collected per the agreed billing schedule. Overdue balances may result in suspension of service until payment is received.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
The re-clean guarantee applies to the original service scope under comparable conditions. It does not apply to dissatisfaction resulting from circumstances outside our control (e.g., bins re-soiled after cleaning, inaccessible areas not disclosed at booking).
6. Property Access Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- Bins, dumpsters, or surfaces to be serviced are accessible at the scheduled time
- Any gate codes, access instructions, or special entry requirements are communicated to us in advance
- Pets are secured and the work area is reasonably clear of obstacles
- Any hazardous materials, medical waste, or prohibited items have been removed from bins prior to service
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service resulting from inadequate access. Standard service fees may still apply in such cases.
7. Liability Limitations
We take care to perform services safely and professionally. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- Pre-existing damage: We are not responsible for damage to bins, containers, driveways, or other property that was pre-existing prior to our service.
- Normal wear and tear: Cosmetic markings, fading, or wear present before service are not our responsibility.
- Indirect damages: To the fullest extent permitted by Alabama law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
- Maximum liability: Our total liability for any claim related to a specific service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.
If you believe damage occurred during our service, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of the completed service so we can investigate promptly.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:
- Unsafe working conditions or hostile environments
- Bins or areas containing hazardous, toxic, or biohazardous waste
- Threatening, abusive, or harassing conduct toward our staff
- Fraudulent booking or payment information
- Outstanding unpaid balances from prior services
9. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information at the time of booking
- Ensure bins are available and accessible on the scheduled service day
- Pay for services rendered in accordance with these Terms
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Baldwin County, Alabama.
Before initiating any formal legal action, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes directly by contacting us at contact@squeakycleanbin.co or 251-339-5466.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
